How do I book a trip?

Online:

Fill in the request form, choose your type of rented accommodation or camping pitch and confirm.

The brochure along with the contract will be sent to you in the post. Only returning the contract before the deposit cheque via postal order will confirm your booking.

You will receive a booking confirmation or refusal as soon as possible.

When and how do I pay the balance for my stay?

The balance for your stay needs to be paid upon your arrival at the campsite (cash, cheque, debit card, chèques-vacances holiday vouchers, bank transfer). You can pay deposits before your stay.

How much is the administration fee?

The administration fee is 20€.

I know the campsite, can I choose my pitch?

When you book, you can tell us your desires and requirements, and we will do as much as we can to allocate you the pitch best suited to your needs, subject to availability.

What payment methods are accepted on the campsite?

Cash, cheque, debit card, chèques-vacances holiday vouchers.

What time can I arrive and get settled in the accommodation?

In high season, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, arrivals are between 4pm and 9pm.

In low season, arrival times can be different depending on our availability.

What time do I have to vacate my rental?

In high season, departures are between 8am and 10am at the latest. It is necessary to make an appointment at reception for the inventory.

Are my swimming shorts allowed in the pool area?

No, swimming shorts are forbidden, only swimming briefs and boxers are allowed.

Can I bring my barbecue?

No, individual charcoal barbecues are forbidden by a prefectural decree. Communal barbecues are available to use on the campsite (we will lend you the grill). Wood charcoal is for sale in the grocery if you want it.

What facilities does my rented accommodation have?

All our rented accommodation is equipped with:

• Kitchen utensils,

• Pans,

• Electric heating,

• Covered wooden terrace (for some garden furniture with pergola),

• Pillows,

Do we need to bring sheets?

Sheets are not included in the rental, but you can hire sheets, towels, tea towels…

Can I park my vehicle on my pitch?

Yes, each of our pitches has a space to park your vehicle. One vehicle is included in the price. You can park a second vehicle by request, subject to space on the pitch with a supplement.

We might be arriving very late, what happens if reception is closed?

The gates to the campsite are open until 10.30pm. In the event of a late arrival, let us know on the telephone and we will tell you what to do.

There are more of us coming than the allowed capacity in our rented accommodation, how will that work?

Our mobile homes are equipped for a maximum number of people, children and babies included.

Any additional people will be refused entry to the rented accommodation.
